We're looking for a Senior Engineer - Bridges & Structures to join our growing team in Dublin or Cork, playing a key role in delivering some of the most significant transportation projects across Ireland, the UK and beyond.
What You'll Do
As a Senior Engineer, you'll be trusted to lead the delivery of bridge and structural engineering projects from concept through to construction, helping clients solve their most complex challenges.
You'll:
Lead structural analysis, feasibility studies, preliminary and detailed design, tender documentation, and technical reporting.
Provide technical leadership and mentoring to engineers, fostering capability growth within the team.
Collaborate across multidisciplinary teams to deliver integrated, high-quality solutions for our clients.
Build strong client relationships and contribute to the growth of our project pipeline across Ireland.
Drive innovation through digital engineering, automation, lean methodologies, and data-driven delivery approaches.
Ensure projects are delivered to the highest technical and commercial standards.
Work closely with colleagues across Ireland, the UK and our Global Integrated Delivery teams to maximise expertise and project success.

Here's what you'll need
We're looking for talented engineers who are passionate about delivering innovative infrastructure solutions and keen to make an impact on some of Ireland's most significant transportation projects.
You'll bring:
A degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related discipline.
Chartered status or be actively working towards a professional qualification.
Excellent communication, collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
Experience managing the delivery of engineering projects and coordinating multidisciplinary teams.
Strong technical design capability combined with practical problem-solving skills.
The ability to balance quality, programme and commercial considerations to achieve successful project outcomes.
While experience in bridge design would be highly valued, it's not essential. We welcome applications from engineers with experience across a range of sectors and disciplines, including highways, rail, aviation, energy, power, marine, buildings, heavy civil engineering and other complex infrastructure environments.
