Full job description

At Regeneron, we use science and innovation to develop life-changing medicines for people with serious diseases. Regeneron is currently seeking a Temporary Biotech Production Coordinator to join our Manufacturing team.

This position offers the opportunity to contribute to a fast-growing, science-driven organization making a meaningful difference to patients worldwide.

When & where:

Location: Raheen, Limerick.
Other requirements: This is a 12-month contract position.

What you’ll do:

Coordinating, reviewing, and cataloguing various types of manufacturing documentation.
Preparing routine progress reports and tracking various KPIs.
Managing the lifecycle of manufacturing documentation.
Maintaining inventory systems through investigations, weekly reviews, reconciliations, and related activities to ensure accuracy.
Serving as a liaison between manufacturing and other functional areas as needed.
Deciphering and navigating a variety of systems, data sets, calculations, and documentation.
Performing analysis of GMP and GxP data.
Coordinating material requirements using various systems and forms to ensure production continuity.
Ensuring systematic bills of materials are created and maintained to support production needs.
Evaluating, initiating, and monitoring deviations and other compliance-related events.
Creating and reviewing sampling intake documentation for all manufacturing unit operations and protocols prior to operators entering the production floor.

To be considered for this opportunity, you should have a BS/BA degree with 0–2+ years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience, along with desirable experience in a cGMP environment, quality assurance, project management, or inventory management.
