Job Summary
As an Implementation Engineer, you will collaborate closely with our customers and internal resources to deploy, test, and troubleshoot digital signage solutions at client endpoints. This role requires a process-oriented mindset to assess customer requirements and design and implement tailored solutions. By taking ownership of projects from start to finish, through process analysis and workflow configuration, you will play a vital role in meeting the customer's business objectives and delivering solutions that exceed their expectations.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure and implement customer solutions for new implementations and support updates to existing customer environments.
- Build technical configurations and perform light scripting or programming, as needed, to deploy customers onto our cloud platform.
- Partner with customers to provide guidance on system capabilities, implementation best practices, platform functionality, and support processes.
- Communicate implementation progress, project updates, and technical status with internal teams and customer stakeholders.
- Build strong customer relationships through responsive communication and quality service throughout the implementation lifecycle.
- Create and maintain implementation documentation, configuration records, and knowledge base articles.
- Assist with integrating customer and third-party systems using APIs, web services, URL calls, or other supported integration methods.
- Manage the technical tasks for assigned implementation projects while collaborating with senior team members on more complex engagements.
- Deliver customer training sessions to ensure successful adoption of implemented solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve configuration and implementation issues during deployment and go-live, escalating complex issues when appropriate.
- Coordinate connectivity, number management services, and other onboarding activities required for successful customer implementations.
- Collaborate with senior implementation engineers on advanced integrations, custom scripting, and complex technical solutions.
Technical Skills / Competencies
- 5+ years of implementation experience in a cloud computing environment.
- Solid understanding of software deployment and implementation methodologies.
- Experience supporting Windows desktop, iOS/Android, and IoT device deployments.
- Working knowledge of networking fundamentals, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPNs, and wireless networking.
- Basic understanding of audiovisual (AV) technologies and device connectivity.
- Familiarity with deployment automation tools such as SCCM, PDQ Deploy, BigFix, Group Policy (GPO), ConnectWise Automate, or PowerShell/DSC.
- Basic experience working with REST APIs, web services, or system integrations.
- Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

Compensation
Annual base salary gross: (35,000 - 50,000) plus variable EUR Annual. The base salary range represents the low and high end of the Company's contemplated salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as the candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, and geographic location. The salary is one component of Company's total compensation package for employees.
