Full job description

About the role:

We are looking to recruit a Contract Kitchen Designer / Administrator, to join our growing contracts division. You will be responsible for designing kitchens, and wardrobes for various contracts. This is not a customer facing role.

Responsibilities include:

Create computer-aided plans/designs of kitchens and wardrobes for new housing developments.
Handling of tender inquiries for designs through to final production designs.
Assisting the team with tender proposals.
Provide administrative support to the contracts team
Taking personal responsibility for resolving client issues in a timely fashion.

About you:

You will also be able to demonstrate the following:

Minimum of 2 years working experience in the same or similar environment.
Ability to produce detailed technical drawings.
Experience working with key CAD programs desirable (Articad) or similar design packages.
Working knowledge of furniture design.
Ability to communicate in English (read, write, comprehend).
Strong interpersonal / communication skills / organizational skills.
Ability to work unsupervised.
Proactive, and self-motivated with an ability to work independently and as part of a team.
