Junior Property Manager

Job Title: Junior Property Manager
Location: Dublin

Pay: €35,000.00 per year

Mission Statement

To provide seamless operational support across the business and contribute to the effective management of our residential, commercial, and industrial properties. This role is designed to grow into a licensed property manager position, offering hands-on experience and development within a collaborative team.

Prime Street is a modern, fast-growing property management company overseeing a diverse portfolio of residential, commercial, industrial, and development properties across Dublin. As our portfolio continues to expand, we are looking for a motivated and capable people who want real autonomy, meaningful responsibility, and genuine long-term growth opportunities.

You will become a key member of a small but expanding team, trusted to manage your own tasks and make decisions day-to-day. Because we are growing quickly, the role offers the chance to take on increasing responsibility over time, shape operational processes, and develop into a more senior position as the company scales.

Key Responsibilities

Office Management & Administrative Support

Coordinate couriers, deliveries, and signing logistics across company entities.
Act as point of contact for external professionals (solicitors, accountants, contractors).
Manage document filing, digital records, and general correspondence.
Support in scheduling meetings and maintaining calendars for senior staff.

Property Management Assistance

Respond to tenant emails and calls under the guidance of senior property managers.
Assist with logging, scheduling, and following up on maintenance and repair tasks.
Conduct or support property inspections and viewings as required.
Maintain records of tenant communications, lease documentation, and compliance materials.

Operations & Reporting Support

Assist the Head of Operations with internal reporting, accounting tasks, and data entry.
Support document preparation, reconciliations, and follow-ups for property and finance operations.
Learn and apply internal systems such as Yardi and Notion.

Requirements

Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
Competency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
Ability to understand contracts, leases, and basic financial reports.
Organised, detail-oriented, and reliable.
Eagerness to learn and grow in the property management industry.
A drivers licence.

Desirable

Previous office or administrative experience.
Familiarity with property management systems or CRMs.
Interest in pursuing a PSRA license and a long-term career in property management.

Development Path

This is an entry-level role with a clear trajectory toward becoming a fully licensed property manager. We will support the successful candidate in training, development, and PSRA certification over time.

· Step 1: A short online assessment (15 mins) – after we review your CV you might receive a link. You must complete these assessments to progress to the next round.

· Step 2: Video Interview (Remote) A video call to discuss your background and how your experience aligns with our current portfolio needs.

· Step 3: On-Site Meeting (Dublin Office) We will invite you to our offices to meet some of the wider team. This will involve a deeper dive into the role and a short practical scenario (e.g., how you might handle a specific issue) to see how you think on your feet.

· Step 4: Final Interview (Remote or Dublin Office) A final conversation with senior leadership from our parent company to ensure long-term alignment.
