Contract type: Full-time, permanent
Hours: 40 per week (Monday-Friday; on a shift rota basis between 8 AM – 6 PM)
Salary: €43,500 per annum

Main Responsibilities

Oversee end‑to‑end event delivery ensuring smooth planning, setup and on‑the‑day execution.

Manage event administration including bookings, checklists, billing, reports and system updates.

Coordinate stakeholders and suppliers to align logistics, catering, AV and operational requirements.

Lead customer onboarding and care supporting kick‑off meetings, handling enquiries and ensuring exceptional client experience.

Monitor standards and compliance covering H&S actions, recon reports, room layouts and service quality.

Support and guide the events team through communication, delegation, performance feedback and rota planning.
