Cleaning Supervisor

Shannon, Co.Clare - Full Time

What you'll do:

To manage a team of cleaning operatives to deliver a specified standard of cleaning, in line with client contract
To be responsible for the health and safety of the cleaning operatives within your team
Supervise and lead the cleaning team, ensuring high standards are maintained and services are delivered in line with client requirements.
Manage staff performance, including induction, training, team briefings, and ongoing development of cleaning operatives.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental policies, carrying out audits, risk assessments, and reporting hazards or equipment faults.
Oversee the management of cleaning equipment, consumables, uniforms, and administrative duties, ensuring effective stock control and budget compliance.
Liaise with clients and management, complete scheduled and deep cleaning tasks, and report maintenance issues while supporting the overall smooth operation of the site.

Previous experience in a simliar role is required
You’re happy working solo or teaming up with others
You’re flexible and ready to jump into whatever the day brings
You're a team player with good spoken and written communication skills
