We are now looking for hungry and ambitious business graduates who want more than a normal graduate job.

This is for people who want to learn how businesses really work, how companies grow, how Pathway to Sales, Operations, Private Equity & Portfolio Company Leadership

DG Ventures is building a group of companies across tourism, outsourcing, media, property, transport, AI, and private equity.

Sales drives everything, how operations scale, and how acquisitions create value.

This is a Business Graduate Leadership Programme and not just a Graduate Job. This is for people who want to learn how businesses really work, how companies grow, how sales drives everything, how operations scale, and how acquisitions create value.

The long-term vision is simple: Start in the business. Learn fast. Perform. Lead people. Understand numbers. Help grow companies. Earn the opportunity to one day run one.

You may begin in a junior role across sales, business development, operations, marketing, AI implementation, or private equity support. But the goal is to develop people who can grow into:
