Job Description

During Delivery Phase (Installations/Swap, Roll-out, Migration Plan):
- Create, Maintain & Monitor Implementation Plans
- Ensure Quality of Deliverables during Roll-out Projects
- Track Costs of Projects
- Ensure Buy-In of Solutions by Customers
During Run Phase:
- Coordinate Services Rendered to Customers
- Ensure Operational Monitoring – Issue Tracking – Risk Management
- Manage Customers Reclaims
- Identify Add-ons Sales Opportunities
- Provide KPI’s and Measure Quality of Services Rendered
Generic Missions:
- Manage vendors & field services installation third party
- Represent Vusion in Clients Relationship Governing Bodies
- Coordinate Communication to Client & Vusion Stakeholders
- Manage Relationship with Partners/System Integrators
- Build & Maintain Detailed Maps of the Customers Solutions

Qualifications

Proven experience in project management, with a strong focus on roll-out, deployment, installation, or migration projects
Proven ability to plan, execute, and monitor large-scale implementations, including cost tracking and quality control
Solid experience managing vendors, field services, and third-party installation partners
Strong customer-facing skills, with experience ensuring solution adoption and participating in governance or steering committees
Hands-on experience with operational monitoring, including issue tracking, risk management, and KPI reporting
Ability to work cross-functionally to coordinate stakeholders, manage partners/system integrators, and identify add-on sales opportunities
