Deine Aufgaben:

Zentrale Anlaufstelle: Du bist die kompetente und verlässliche Anlaufstelle für unsere Kunden bei allen Fragen rund um ihre Social-Media-Projekte.
Projektmanagement & Steuerung: Du übernimmst die Planung, Ressourcensteuerung und Koordination von Social-Media-Kampagnen und Always-On-Projekten – von der Idee bis zum Reporting.
Schnittstellen-Kommunikation: Als proaktives Bindeglied zwischen Kunde, Kreation und Strategie sorgst du für reibungslose Abläufe, klare Briefings und stellst sicher, dass alle auf dem gleichen Stand sind.
Budget & Timings: Du bist verantwortlich für das Erstellen von Timings und Übersichten sowie für das Einhalten von Budgets, damit unsere Projekte erfolgreich und profitabel bleiben.
Qualitätssicherung: Du koordinierst interne und externe Arbeitsabläufe und stellst sicher, dass unsere Arbeit den höchsten Qualitätsstandards entspricht.

Was du mitbringst:

Du bist ein Talent: Möchtest den Quereinstieg wagen und hast anschauliche Beispiele uns das zu präsentieren
Erfahrung & Expertise: Du hast mindestens 2 bis 4 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Account- oder Projektmanagement in der Kommunikationsbranche, vorzugsweise im Agenturumfeld mit klarem Social-Media-Fokus. Du verstehst die Prozesse hinter der Erstellung von Social-Media-Content.
Kommunikationsstärke auf Top-Niveau: Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sind für diese Rolle zwingend erforderlich, um unsere internationalen Kunden optimal betreuen zu können.
Organisationstalent: Du arbeitest selbstständig, strukturiert und lösungsorientiert. Du behältst auch bei komplexen Projekten stets den Überblick und einen kühlen Kopf.
Social-Media-Affinität: Du begeisterst dich für die Social-Media-Welt und hast ein gutes Verständnis für die verschiedenen Plattformen, insbesondere im Kontext von Corporate- und Employer-Branding-Themen.
Durchsetzungs- & Überzeugungskraft: Du bist in der Lage, Timings und Prozesse durchzusetzen und kannst sowohl Kunden als auch dein eigenes Team überzeugen und für gemeinsame Ziele begeistern.
Teamgeist & Engagement: Du hast dein Herz am rechten Fleck, bist ein:e absolute:r Teamplayer:in und hast Spaß daran, gemeinsam mit einem tollen Team erfolgreich zu sein.
