Our site at Airfield Estate in Dundrum, offers a unique working experience where a huge amount of the produce we work with in our kitchens, comes from the Estate itself, so is as local as it comes. This role offers a nice variety of events, and restaurant a la carte dining.

Our passionate team of chefs, baristas, servers, nutritionists and much more, love nothing more than creating memorable moments that enrich the everyday. Come and join our award winning teams – we are currently recruiting for a Senior Chef de Partie/Sous Chef to join our team in Dublin.

Location: Dublin, Airfield Estate, Overends Way, Dundrum

Rate of Pay: €41,000-€45,000 per annum

Working Pattern: 40 hours per week, 5/7, some evening work when needed for events

Key Responsibilities:

To invent and create menus that are in line with client and customer needs
To produce food in a timely fashion to ensure smooth service to the customers
To enjoy the food you produce and ensure they are ‘picture perfect’ every time
To assist in developing and producing new service styles and food concepts
To communicate with the relevant parties requirements for planned menus and
order necessary ingredients
