LGG - The g Hotel & Spa is Limited Edition, which is a collection of distinctive hotels that have their own characters. Our diverse and friendly teams focus on delivering exceptional guest care, ensuring every guest feels welcomed. Limited Edition is a part of the Leonardo Hotels portfolio.

The Receptionist will support the smooth running and objectives of the Spa department. All members of the department work together to create memorable moments for guests, in line with both company and Spa-specific service standards, and collaborate closely with other departments within the hotel. You will act as an ambassador for your own hotel and the wider Leonardo Hotels estate, demonstrating the company vision, mission and values. At all times, you will treat others around you with respect, dignity and fairness.

As a Receptionist you’ll be a face of the Spa, so we want you to bring your warm and friendly personality to work with you every day. Take a deep breath because you’ll be stepping into a busy role! Working as part of a vibrant team, you’ll be an ambassador for the Spa as the first person our guests will meet at Spa Reception. Whilst organising all aspects of the Spa check-in processes, you’ll be offering guests the real 5-star treatment at our hotel!

Use your savvy knowledge to offer guidance and local recommendations for a great stay in the city
