Lead Gym Manager – Nova Gym (Dublin 8)
Nova Gym is expanding and opening our third location in Dublin 8, and we’re looking for an experienced Lead Gym Manager to lead our newest club.
As a premium fitness facility, we are seeking a professional, results-driven leader who is passionate about fitness, building strong teams, and delivering an exceptional member experience.
About the Role
You will be responsible for leading the day-to-day operations of the gym, driving membership growth, achieving business targets, and inspiring your team to perform at their best.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in a gym or fitness management role.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- A track record of achieving and exceeding sales and performance targets.
- Professional, organised, and highly motivated.
- Passionate about fitness and delivering outstanding customer service.
- Must live locally or be very familiar with the Dublin 8/inner-city area, with a good understanding of the local community.
- Someone who is excited to take on the challenge of leading a new club and building a strong presence in the area.
Salary
€40,000–€45,000 per year, depending on experience.
