Talbot Hotel Stillorgan, part of the Talbot Collection are currently recruiting for a Sales & Marketing Executive to join our team. The Sales & Marketing Executive will be responsible for the day-to-day execution and coordination of Sales & Marketing activities for Talbot Hotel Stillorgan, subject to the wider Talbot Collection commercial and marketing strategy.

Role Specific Duties
Marketing & Campaign Management
Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns to drive room revenue, conference & banqueting business, food & beverage
sales, TalbotFit memberships and hotel events.
Assist in the development and implementation of the annual marketing plan and promotional calendar.
Coordinate seasonal campaigns, tactical offers and revenue-driving promotions.
Liaise with internal departments to identify opportunities for commercial activity and marketing support.
Monitor campaign performance and provide recommendations for future activity.
Digital Marketing
Manage and update content across the hotel website, booking engine, OTA websites and partner sites, ensuring all information remains
accurate, current and commercially effective.
Work with external agencies and group marketing teams to support AI search optimisation, SEO, PPC, paid social and other digital marketing
initiatives.
Assist in maintaining and optimising the hotel's online presence across key digital platforms.
Support the ongoing promotion of TalbotFit memberships, classes, facilities and member engagement initiatives through digital marketing
channels.
Create and schedule content across social media channels, ensuring close adherence to brand guidelines.
Coordinate photography, videography and creative assets as required.
Monitor online trends, competitor activity and market developments.
Support the implementation of AI and emerging digital technologies where appropriate.
CRM & Email Marketing
Manage the hotel's CRM activity, including the creation and deployment of newsletters, promotional campaigns and guest communications.
Monitor campaign performance including open rates, click rates, conversions and revenue generated.
Assist with the management and optimisation of guest journey communications including pre-arrival, in-stay and post-stay campaigns.
Monitor and support online reputation management across review platforms and social channels.
Assist with guest communications and responses where required.
Support initiatives aimed at improving guest engagement and satisfaction.
Analytics & Reporting
Monitor website, campaign and digital performance using Google Analytics, CRM reporting and other reporting tools.
Produce regular reports on marketing activity, campaign performance and return on investment.
Track key performance indicators including website traffic, direct bookings, email revenue, engagement metrics and lead generation.
Assist in identifying opportunities to improve conversion rates and overall marketing effectiveness.
Sales Support & Business Development
Support the sales team with marketing materials, presentations and promotional activity.
Assist in responding to RFPs and commercial opportunities where required.
Promote conference & banqueting, corporate, leisure and local business opportunities through targeted campaigns.
Support the development and maintenance of relationships with local organisations, partners and tourism bodies to increase awareness of
the hotel.
Attendance at client events, networking events, trade shows and external promotional activities when required.

Carry out any other reasonable duties as requested by the General Manager or Group Commercial Team, consistent with the objectives and level of responsibility of the role.

Minimum Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role;
Be highly motivated and driven to achieve targets;
Possess excellent interpersonal skills;
Excellent attention to detail;
Ability to manage multiple projects at one time and achieve results
