We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Vice President to join our Fund Accounting team. This role is located in Dublin, Ireland

In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:

Oversee Fund Accounting operations team servicing UK/Luxembourg Regulated Fund Products responsible for conducting accounting services on behalf of assigned funds, including determining net asset values.
Act as Fund Accounting Operations owner for your Jurisdiction Build strong relationships with senior client stakeholders, influence decision‑making, and ensure delivery of a consistently excellent service experience.
Drive operational excellence across the Fund Accounting lifecycle Oversee daily NAV production and valuation controls.
Partner with global internal functions Collaborate with Global Product, Technology, Risk, Middle Office and Functional Utility stakeholders to ensure alignment, resolve cross‑functional issues, and drive consistency in process and controls.
Manage onboarding, conversions, and product launch activity Oversee operational readiness for new funds, complex product structures, and client‑driven change initiatives.
Partner with peers to strengthen the control environment and risk culture Ensure robust oversight of key controls, manage audit interactions, and drive remediation of operational risk themes.
Champion automation and digital transformation Promote adoption of digital tools, data‑driven solutions and AI‑enabled capabilities to reduce manual touchpoints and enhance operational resilience.

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:

Extensive Fund Accounting Expertise Deep understanding of NAV production, valuation methodologies, complex instruments, and accounting standards across European regulated mutual fund products.
Proven leadership of a high‑performing operational team Ability to motivate, develop, and retain talent while fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
Exceptional client‑facing capability Demonstrated success influencing senior client stakeholders, managing complex discussions, and navigating competing priorities.
Strong cross‑functional influence within global organisations Comfortable operating in a matrix environment and partnering with global teams to drive alignment and resolve issues.
Control‑focused mindset with strong analytical capability Ability to interpret data, identify trends, and implement sustainable solutions in a risk‑sensitive environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Confident presenting to senior leadership, mentoring teams, and articulating complex topics clearly.
Organisational agility and resilience Skilled at managing multiple priorities in a deadline‑driven environment and adapting to evolving client needs.
Self‑starter with strong ownership mentality Able to operate independently while knowing when to escalate or collaborate.
Energy, enthusiasm, and commitment to operational excellence Passion for leading teams through change and delivering high‑quality outcomes.
Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field Advanced degrees or professional qualifications are an advantage.
