Full job description

Please note that this is a contract role providing services to Microsoft through external staffing partners of Allegis Global Solutions (AGS). If you are selected for this role, you will be employed by AGS and will not be an employee of Microsoft.

Role Summary

This is an onsite Site Administrator position supporting the Azure Core Ireland team in Dublin. The person will be the primary administrative contact for the site, helping employees with onboarding, offboarding, seating management, workplace operations, team events, and day-to-day administrative support. The ideal candidate is highly organized, comfortable managing multiple priorities, experienced in workplace operations, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities

Workplace & Site Operations

Serve as the main administrative contact for Azure Core Ireland employees.
Manage office seating plans and coordinate desk allocations.
Support workplace logistics and operational requests.
Ensure smooth day-to-day site administration.

Employee Lifecycle Support

Coordinate onboarding activities for new hires.
Support employee departures and offboarding processes.
Partner with team administrators and support teams to ensure seamless employee experiences.

Event & Meeting Coordination

Support planning and execution of team meetings.
Coordinate morale events and team activities.
Manage logistics for larger group gatherings.

Administrative Support

Handle administrative requests from onsite leadership.
Track and follow up on action items.
Ensure compliance with internal administrative policies and procedures.
Maintain accurate records and documentation.

Must-Have Skills (Non-Negotiable)

1.Program Management

Experience: 2-5+ years

Planning and coordinating multiple activities simultaneously.
Managing timelines, stakeholders, and deliverables.
Driving tasks to completion with minimal supervision.

2. Workplace Operations

Experience: 2-5+ years

Office/site administration experience.
Seating management, facilities coordination, workplace logistics.
Employee onboarding and offboarding support.

3. Technical / Systems Proficiency

Experience: 2+ years

Strong Microsoft Office skills.
Experience using collaboration and administrative tools.
Ability to manage employee records, trackers, calendars, and reporting.

Additional Requirements

Strong organizational skills.
High attention to detail.
Excellent follow-through and execution.
Ability to manage confidential information.
Strong stakeholder communication.

Nice-to-Have Skills

Experience supporting technical or engineering organizations.
Experience within large multinational companies.
Event planning experience.
Facilities/vendor coordination experience.
Experience supporting multiple managers or teams.
Microsoft ecosystem experience (Teams, Outlook, SharePoint).

Experience Level Guidance

3-7 years of site administration, office management, workplace operations, executive support, or program coordination experience.

Duration: 3 Months
Shift Timings: Monday – Friday (Business Hours)
Pay Range: €15 - €17/Hour (PAYE)
Weekly Schedule: 40 hours
