Deliver exceptional hospitality in a professional environment
Sodexo is looking for a motivated and customer-focused Hospitality Assistant to join our team at a busy corporate site in Dublin.
You’ll play an important role in delivering a professional hospitality service, supporting the preparation, presentation and service of food and beverages while maintaining high standards of cleanliness, hygiene and customer care.
Working as part of a collaborative team, you’ll help create a welcoming and efficient environment for customers, colleagues and clients, while supporting the wider catering operation during busy periods and events.
What you’ll do:

Assist with the preparation, presentation and service of food and beverages to company standards

Deliver a friendly, professional and efficient customer experience across all service areas

Set up, replenish and maintain food counters and tea and coffee stations

Ensure service areas are clean, organised and ready for customers

Carry out scheduled cleaning of equipment, work surfaces, dining areas and service spaces

Follow all health & safety, food hygiene, allergen and food handling requirements

Support stock rotation, stock control and deliveries in accordance with company procedures

Work closely with the kitchen and catering teams to ensure smooth and efficient daily service

Provide flexible support across other areas of the operation when required

Assist with busy service periods, meetings and events as required
What you’ll bring:
-
Previous experience in hospitality, catering or food service is desirable but not essential

Strong customer service skills with a professional and welcoming approach

Good understanding of cleanliness, hygiene and food safety standards

Excellent attention to detail

Ability to work effectively as part of a team

Flexible approach with the ability to adapt to changing service requirements

Positive, proactive attitude and willingness to learn

Commitment to completing relevant training and maintaining high service standards

Please note: The role is primarily Monday to Friday, with occasional evening work required to support business and hospitality requirements.
