Overview:

As an Associate, Cost Management at Linesight, you will work with highly experienced, culturally diverse, and passionate teams nurturing a strong social dynamic and a shared sense of achievement. The Opportunity:

As Associate (Cost Management) you will be involved in:

Playing a leading role in a commercial and residential cost management team, ensuring that you deliver a high-quality service to our clients (Pre Contract and Post Contract).
Reviewing and signing off on service deliverables prior to issuance to clients & maintain a high level of quality control.
Attending client facing meetings including managing & maintaining strong client relationships.
Attending relevant networking events and other promotional opportunities
Staff management – inputting into the forma mentoring and management of staff
Managing the delivery of cost management outputs in line with agreed timeline, quality, expectations and client requirements.

We would love to hear from you if you:

Have strong cost management experience in a dynamic environment
Have 7+ years pre and post contract experience in the relevant sectors
Have the required competency to attend client facing and commercial meetings.
Have the required competency to mentor junior staff members.
Have a degree or comparable experience in a cost management or quantity surveying
Are chartered and ideally a member of the SCSI/ RICS
Are an excellent communicator verbally and in writing
Thrive on building strong relationships with your team and clients through a shared purpose and sense of openness and fun.

All interviews are conducted either in person or virtually with video required.
