About The Position:
We are seeking a highly motivated, resilient, and results-driven Outbound Business Development Representative to join our fast-growing company. In this role, you won't be waiting for leads to come to you—you will be the engine driving our front-line growth. As an Outbound BDR, you will focus strictly on net-new business acquisition, identifying high-value targets, mapping out key decision-makers, and executing rigorous cold outreach strategies.
The ideal candidate is a true hunter with a passion for the thrill of the chase, excellent objection-handling skills, and a strategic mindset for penetrating cold accounts. This is an exciting opportunity to be a critical pipeline driver in a high-growth SaaS environment.
What You Will Do:
- Drive Outbound Pipeline: Proactively prospect, map, and penetrate target accounts using a mix of multi-channel outreach, including high-volume cold calling, personalized email sequences, LinkedIn video/voice notes, and other creative social selling tactics.
- Execute Strategic Account Mapping: Research enterprise and mid-market organizations to identify key decision-makers (C-level, HR Leaders, CFOs) and uncover hidden pain points related to global expansion.
- Own the First Touch: Conduct high-impact discovery conversations with cold prospects, effectively educating them on G-P's Employer of Record (EOR) value proposition, overcoming initial friction, and booking qualified meetings for the Account Executive team.
- Manage Objections: Confidently navigate gatekeepers and handle complex objections regarding global payroll, compliance, and competing solutions.
- Data-Driven Prospecting: Maintain meticulous records of your outreach sequences, account maps, and conversion metrics within our CRM (Salesforce) and sales engagement tools (e.g., Outreach/Salesloft).
- Market Intelligence: Stay ahead of macroeconomic trends, geopolitical shifts, and competitor movements to sharply position G-P as the definitive global employment solution.
- Hit the Numbers: Consistently meet or exceed monthly quotas for cold outreach activity, qualified opportunities generated, and pipeline contribution.
What We Are Looking For:
- The Hunter Mindset: Proven track record in a pure outbound sales development, lead generation, or cold-calling heavy role (SaaS experience highly preferred).
- Resilience & Grit: High emotional intelligence with the ability to handle rejection professionally, pivot strategies quickly, and maintain high energy throughout the day.
- Prospecting Skills: Will to learn and use tools (e.g. Cognism, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Outreach, Salesforce,).
- Elite Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to write highly personalized, compelling cold copy that cuts through the noise.
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to understand complex business models and articulate how a global EOR platform solves specific corporate expansion pain points.
- Self-Starter: Highly organized, disciplined, and capable of managing a high volume of outbound activity independently in a remote-first environment.
- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the Employer of Record industry, HR outsourcing, global payroll, or workforce management is a massive plus but not essential
- Education: Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred but not essential
The annual gross fixed pay range for this position is €33,600 - €41,250 plus variable compensation.
Our ranges are established using objective market benchmarking data for this level of work. Final placement within the range is determined by gender-neutral criteria, including the candidate's relevant skills, experience, and specific qualifications for the role.
Actual compensation for this position may vary and will depend on multiple factors such as relevant qualifications, experience, education, and geographic location. For Full-Time Regular Employees, this position is also eligible for additional compensation as follows:
- Sales Roles: This position is eligible for a commission structure in addition to base salary.
- Non-Sales Roles: This position is eligible for an annual bonus which is paid dependent on various factors, including and without limitation, individual and company performance in addition to base salary.
