Role Purpose
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Account Sourcing Manager to join JLL
Lead delivery of JLL’s sourcing and procurement program for IFM services on a large client account across EMEA.
Co-ordinate sourcing and procurement activity with JLL’s on-account Global, Asia and Americas counterparts to provide a joined-up, consistent global procurement and supply chain solution to the client.
This role would suit someone with 7 – 10 years’ experience and knowledge of IFM services procurement, ideally gained in a life sciences or technology manufacturing environment.
What this job involves
Develop positive relationships with key client stakeholders.
Develop positive relationships with the JLL account leadership team, JLL’s site operations teams, Finance, EHS and projects teams, JLL’s central Sourcing & Procurement teams, our IFM supply chain partners and other business stakeholders.
Hold a detailed understanding of the client contract, especially the commercial and financial provisions, the scope of works, performance metrics, and knowledge of how the scope is delivered at each client site.
Build and execute an annual procurement plan for the EMEA account.
Achieve account savings targets, including client contract deliverables and additional stretch targets.
Manage strategic supplier relationships, including joint business planning.
Talent acquisition, team management and mentoring.
Digital IFM initiatives identification, implementation & savings delivery.
Cost and labour productivity benchmarking.
Spend analytics, savings opportunity assessments, procurement initiatives delivery, savings pipeline co-ordination.
Supplier subcontract negotiations and ongoing contract governance.
Manage key procurement metrics, status reporting and process improvements for JLL’s sourcing & procurement activities across EMEA, including supplier performance management, supply chain compliance (e.g. subcontracts, NDA, COI, HSSE etc.), subcontract CCRs, spend reporting, commercial value capture reporting, supplier onboarding, social program spend, preferred supplier penetration, supply chain audits etc.
Co-ordinate with JLL’s on-account Global, Asia and Americas counterparts to ensure JLL provides a joined-up, consistent global procurement and supply chain solution to the client.
