Mooney's is an Irish-owned and family-run business dedicated to new and used car sales. The Mooney family has been selling cars on the Long Mile Road in Dublin since 1973. We are Ireland's leading Hyundai dealer for sales, service, and parts, and also operate fully authorised Nissan and Honda parts and service centres. Our newly opened service department in Sandyford continues this tradition of excellence and customer care.

We are seeking a Junior Service Advisor to join our busy Service Team in Sandyford. As a Junior Service Advisor, you will act as the first point of contact for many of our customers. This role requires a professional and friendly approach, the ability to multi-task, and a strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service. No prior experience is required, as full training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities:

Act as the first point of contact with customers either in person, over the phone, or by email, converting inquiries into service bookings where possible.
Meet and greet all service customers promptly, professionally, and courteously upon arrival.
Inspect customer vehicles, review service history, and accurately record all service needs and concerns on the job card.
Record customer details accurately, clarify payment options, and confirm pickup times.
Promote appropriate services, parts, and accessories by understanding the vehicle and its service requirements.
Monitor the progress of vehicles throughout the day and update customers on costs, delivery times, and any additional recommended services, securing authorisation when needed.

Requirements:

Excellent customer service skills with a professional appearance and work ethic.
Strong oral and written communication skills.
Ability to work effectively in a process-driven environment.
Enjoy working with customers and building strong relationships.
Ability to work well as part of a team and on your own initiative.
No previous experience required – full training provided.
