Autoimage Carlow Renault & Dacia is seeking a reliable, organised, and enthusiastic Parts Executive to join our busy and growing dealership team.

You will work closely with our Parts Department and wider dealership team to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of our operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with the organisation and upkeep of the parts storage areas
- Prepare parts for workshop requirements, customer collections, and deliveries
- Support regular stock checks and maintain accurate inventory records
- Receive, check, unpack, and correctly store incoming deliveries
- Ensure all parts are clearly labelled and stored efficiently
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organised parts department
- Provide general support to the Parts Manager and dealership team as required
Requirements:
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
- A positive, proactive attitude with a willingness to learn
- Ability to work independently while also contributing as part of a team
- Good communication skills and a professional approach
- Basic IT skills and confidence using computer systems
- Minimum 1 year’s experience in a similar role is desirable
