The Housekeeper is responsible for maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming environment in all areas of the company premises. This role involves performing cleaning tasks, sanitizing surfaces, and ensuring a high standard of cleanliness to create a comfortable and presentable space for employees, clients, and visitors.

The Housekeeper is responsible for maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming environment in all areas of the company premises. This role involves performing cleaning tasks, sanitizing surfaces, and ensuring a high standard of cleanliness to create a comfortable and presentable space for employees, clients, and visitors.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities (in this role you will)

Ensure that, during check-in, property keys are made available inside the Safety Box, following specific directions.
Change access passwords when requested.
Verify during check-out if keys were returned to the designated location.
Perform cleaning activities in all designated areas of the property, following strict quality standards.
Maintain cleanliness and organization standards to create an impeccable and welcoming environment.
Prepare the bed according to established standards, making all necessary changes.
Immediately report damages or missing items in the properties, ensuring swift resolution.
Actively collaborate with colleagues to strengthen team spirit.

Requirements:

Communication skills
Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to maintaining cleanliness.
Previous housekeeping experience will be a plus
Availability - Work hours may vary based on the cleaning schedule and business needs.
