Step into an exciting role with us as a Warehouse Operations Supervisor, where you’ll ensure the seamless flow of operations and maintain the highest standards of safety, quality, and output. You’ll lead a committed team and play a critical role in driving our commitment to operational excellence. If you’re looking to make an impact and develop your leadership skills within a dynamic logistics environment, this is the role for you.

Warehouse Operator

Location: Naas

Hours: Monday to Thursday,15.00-23.30, Fri 18.00-01.30

What will you be doing?

Receive, handle, and dispatch import, export, and domestic cargo
Check cargo condition on arrival and record any discrepancies or damage
Complete documentation and ensure all paperwork is accurate and signed off
Carry out visual inspections and pre operational checks on equipment
Ensure trailers are safe and suitable for loading
Follow all health & safety regulations, including IMDG/ADR requirements
Maintain a clean, safe, and organised working environment
Support the team in achieving customer KPIs and service excellence

About You

Valid Counterbalance Forklift licence
Previous warehouse experience (import/export cargo handling is a plus)
Good communication skills in English (written and verbal)
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
A proactive mindset with the ability to meet deadlines
Reliable and punctual approach to work
