Group Fitness Coach – F45 Training Blackrock

Pay: €18.00–€20.00 per hour (depending on experience)

Job Type: Part-time (approximately 16–20 hours per week)

Location: Blackrock, Co. Dublin

About Us

F45 Blackrock is looking for an enthusiastic, professional and people-focused Group Fitness Coach to join our coaching team.

We're looking for someone who is passionate about helping people move well, train safely and enjoy the process. At F45 Blackrock, coaching goes beyond simply delivering workouts—it's about creating an exceptional member experience, building genuine relationships, and continuously developing as a coach.

As an F45 Coach, you will:

Deliver engaging, high-quality group training sessions.
Demonstrate exercises with confidence and excellent technique.
Coach movement safely through regressions, progressions and hands-on corrections.
Create an energetic, motivating and welcoming atmosphere in every class.
Build genuine relationships with members and support them towards their goals.
Work collaboratively with the coaching team to maintain high coaching standards.
Help maintain a clean, organised and professional studio environment.
Arrive prepared, punctual and ready to deliver an outstanding member experience.

We're looking for someone who:

Holds a Level 3 Personal Training qualification (or equivalent).
Has at least 1 year of group fitness coaching experience (mandatory).
Has a strong understanding of functional training and movement patterns.
Is confident leading group classes with excellent communication and presence.
Brings positive energy and enjoys working as part of a team.
Is open to feedback and committed to continuous learning.
Is available to work approximately 16–20 hours per week, including evenings and weekends.
Wants to be an active part of our studio community and genuinely enjoys building relationships with members.

Bonus (not essential):

Experience with social media, content creation or marketing.
Enjoys training at F45 and leading an active lifestyle.
