We are looking for a Team Leader to participate in our warehouse operations.

Work involves the physical task of loading the goods on delivery vans. This can include various types of packages and pallets.

Responsibilities:

Lead and support the team of van loaders to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Organise daily workloads and monitor team performance to meet operational targets.
Verify all incoming deliveries, ensuring stock is checked and loaded correctly.
Monitor drivers' return to the yard, ensuring all required paperwork and delivery documentation is collected.
Carry out end-of-day vehicle inspections, reporting any damage and maintaining accurate records.
Oversee yard organisation, ensuring vehicles are parked safely and prepared for the next day's operations.
Maintain high standards of warehouse and yard cleanliness, safety, and housekeeping at all times.

Requirements and skills:

-Good organizational and time management skills

-Ability to lift heavy objects

-Current forklift license (advantage)

-Driving license (not required)

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: €17.00 per hour
