St Vincent's Private Hospital is the single, biggest acute private hospital in Dublin. Applications are invited for the position of Part-Time Evening Concierge within the Facilities Department. The role will require working various shifts from Monday to Sunday 6.00pm - 10:00pm (4 hours per evening/minimum 8 hours per week)
The Evening Concierge is a supportive role within the Hospital, reporting directly to the Head Receptionist/Facilities Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the first point of contact for patients, visitors, and staff during evening hours.
Provide a welcoming and professional presence throughout the Hospital
Support the Security, Nursing, and Portering teams as required.
Respond to queries and provide assistance in a timely and courteous manner.
Essential Criteria
Interested employees must:
O Have a minimum of one year's previous experience in a customer-facing or similar role.
O Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with colleagues, patients, visitors at all levels of the Hospital
O Fluency in the English language is a requirement for the post.
O Have the ability to work independently while contributing positively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
O Be flexible and demonstrate a positive attitude towards change and service development.
