About the Team
Workday is looking for Business Development Representative to join our expanding UKI team here in our Dublin offices. We are looking for driven individuals to be able to proactively build relationships with prospects for Workday, dealing closely with our accounts executive team based across EMEA to develop sales activity. This role will give you excellent exposure working with other departments within Workday such as Sales, Marketing, Operations and other departments when required.
About the Role
In this role, you will apply your consultative selling skills to initiate long-standing relationships with prospective customers and executive sponsors. Success relies on using effective selling strategies to optimally position Workday as a viable alternative to legacy solutions, while educating the market on our technology and applications. You will help generate new business opportunities through strategic inbound calling and prospecting into enterprise companies.

About You
Basic Qualifications
1 years of experience in sales, sales development, recruitment, customer service, renewals, consulting, apprenticeships or internships.
Other Qualifications
Salesforce knowledge is a plus

candid communication & trust building: excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to build rapport quickly

Listed below is the base salary range applicable to this position. Workday pay ranges (and the precise pay offered to the successful candidate) are based on a number of objective criteria such as relevant experience and skills, and educational qualifications, level of responsibility, demands of the role, work location and business need. As a part of the total compensation package, this role may be eligible for the Workday Bonus Plan or a role-specific commission/bonus, as well as annual refresh stock grants awarded by Workday Inc. Primary Location Base Pay Range: €36,400 EUR - €54,600 EUR Ireland
