In 2025 we entered Ireland with the formation of RCK Partners Ireland and have begun delivering clients since inception. We are targeting rapid headcount and revenue growth over the next 18-24 months to build and service a client base that will be organically grown in Ireland and cross-sold from the UK.
As part of our planned strategic growth and organic development, we are hiring a business development manager who will be crucial in building out the sales function within Ireland, starting with direct B2B selling, partnership development and networking. The role will be part of a growing business with the opportunity of having a critical part in expanding the business.
You will be responsible for:
- Selling direct to business to meet revenue targets of €600,000 in the first 12 months
- Building partnerships with key partners and advisors who can provide high value connections
- Interact with marketing to build brand
- Representing RCK Ireland at relevant networking events
- Interacting with the UK sales team to facilitate cross-selling and provide knowledge to enable further transfer of UK clients having Irish subsidiaries
- Attending high value sales meetings with UK personnel to assist with sales where needed
- Supporting the delivery teams with claim delivery and client interaction where needed & assisting the MD-Ireland with hiring further business developers/sales personnel with reviewing CVs, conducting interviews and conducting trainings
About You
- Minimum of 5 year’s business development and sales experience within financial services or consulting environment
- Established network within engineering/technology/manufacturing businesses
- Knowledge of Irish R&D Tax Credit scheme is desirable
- Experience with modern CRM systems
- Experience in attending and organising/hosting networking events
- Ability to present in public and ‘be the face’ of the organisation to prospective clients
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Organised and dependable
- Strong communication skills
