Gallagher Ireland, part of the globally renowned Arthur J. Gallagher Group, is seeking a Commercial Account Executive to join our Dublin office on a full-time, permanent basis. With over 100 years of combined insurance expertise in Ireland, we provide tailored business, personal, and financial insurance solutions.

How you'll make an impact
In this role, you’ll:

Build and manage client relationships, growing your portfolio and providing tailored insurance and risk management solutions.

Negotiate with insurers to secure the best coverage and terms for clients, ensuring their needs are met.

Manage your workload to meet client deadlines and maintain up-to-date sales plans.

Develop a robust sales pipeline to achieve targets and proactively seek new commercial opportunities.

Collaborate with other Gallagher teams, fostering strong working relationships and ensuring fair and respectful interactions.

Handle renewals, prepare submissions, and issue accurate policy documentation in a timely manner.

Stay compliant with regulatory requirements, including maintaining CPD hours and adhering to codes such as CPC and AML/TF.

Provide expert advice to clients on policy wordings, conditions, and exclusions.

About you
We’re looking for someone with:

A minimum of 5 years’ experience in an Account Executive role within a brokerage or insurance environment.

A Certified Insurance Practitioner (CIP) qualification, with progress towards an MDI qualification.

Extensive knowledge of the commercial insurance market, products, and services.

A strong understanding of client markets and an established insurance industry network.
