As a HR Specialist at Emergn you will deliver consistent product quality and reliability.

We want you to:

Ensure exceptional onboarding experiences for new joiners in the office and remotely.
Guarantee smooth and effective offboarding processes for team members.
Support all stages of the employee lifecycle for employees, including performance management and career development.
Coordinate employee benefits such as health insurance and leave policies.
Advise and coach managers and employees on leave requests/issues, organisational change, and other employee-relations matters, ensuring fair treatment, legal compliance, and adherence to Emergn practices, policies, and labour legislation.
Work closely with location leads.
Develop, implement, and update HR policies and procedures to ensure consistency and compliance across different regions.
Maintain accurate HR records and employee data (contract information, salaries, absences, promotions, etc.) in our HRIS, ensuring data privacy at all times.
Respond to HR queries and requests regarding HR issues, rules, and regulations through our HR ticket system and HR email.

This job might be for you if you have:

1–2 years of experience as an HR Generalist.
CIPD Level 3 membership is a plus.
Experience with HRIS, payroll processes, and HR data/reporting tools.
Accuracy in managing HR data, compliance and employee records.
Strong interpersonal and employee-relations skills, with the ability to handle sensitive matters.
Good organisational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Strong understanding of HR best practices and employment legislation.
High attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
Excellent written and spoken English.
Irish or EU citizenship or a minimum Stamp 4.
