Our team is a driving force of helping businesses to grow and transform across a variety of industries, from e-commerce and retail to finance and healthcare, with the customers most important to them.With a client-centric mindset, you will leverage Meta's AI capabilities to identify new opportunities, optimize sales strategies, and empower businesses worldwide to grow and scale their businesses. We are a team of innovators, and sales experts with demonstrated product expertise, who are passionate about harnessing the power of AI to drive revenue and deliver strong experiences for our customers.This role is part of a global organization supporting businesses across multiple regions and industries.

Account Manager, CEE, Romanian Responsibilities:

Manage and develop a portfolio of client accounts, achieving sales targets and performance metrics, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities, and create targeted business strategies, through customer strategic planning, operational rigor, and sales acumen
Responsible for harnessing data insights to inform strategic decision-making, leveraging the power of AI and automation to deliver tailored client recommendations, and the adoption of Meta's products
Educate clients on product solutions and best practices to drive the adoption of Meta's proven value solutions, thereby enhancing and growing existing business partnerships
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement solutions that align with the client's objectives
Drive the sales process from scoping to closure, executing end-to-end pipeline management with operational rigor, leveraging tools such as CRM to drive business outcomes

Minimum Qualifications:

3+ years of experience in customer sales, success management, account management, or consulting
Bachelor's Degree (EMEA dependent on country)
Proven ability to navigate ambiguous and rapidly changing environments, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in response to new challenges and opportunities
Demonstrated capacity to thrive in team-focused environments with a customer-centric approach, prioritizing deadlines and business goals
Experience in leveraging data analysis, problem-solving, and strategic planning skills to translate business objectives into actionable plans
Proven track record of working collaboratively with cross-functional teams, sharing knowledge and expertise to drive collective success and achieve business outcomes
Fluency in English and Romanian, as the role supports clients in the Central and Eastern European (CEE) Romanian-speaking market

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in Sales, Enterprise or Advertising industries
Demonstrated ability to integrate AI tools to optimize/redesign workflows and drive measurable impact (e.g., efficiency gains, quality improvements)
Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and managing key internal stakeholder relationships to effectively support customers' needs
Familiarity with Meta's suite of advertising solutions
Demonstrated ongoing AI skill development (e.g., prompt/context engineering, agent orchestration) and staying current with emerging AI technologies
Advanced degree in a relevant field, or certifications in account management, project management
Experience adhering to and implementing responsible, ethical AI practices (e.g., risk assessment, bias mitigation, quality and accuracy reviews)
Proven technical skills (AI tools, Excel, Google Suite, or data analytics tools)
