Procurement & Operations Administrator

Location: Dublin (Office Based)

About Esidock

Esidock is one of Ireland's leading specialists in the supply, installation and maintenance of loading bay equipment, industrial doors and access solutions. We work with some of Europe's largest logistics, manufacturing, pharmaceutical and data centre clients, delivering projects throughout Ireland, the UK and mainland Europe.

As our business continues to grow, we are looking for a highly organised Procurement & Operations Administrator to join our Dublin office.

The Role

This is a varied and fast-paced position supporting our Operations team. You will play an important role in ensuring materials, equipment and plant are ordered on time, deliveries are coordinated efficiently, and projects have everything they need to run smoothly.

You will work closely with our Operations and Project teams, liaising with suppliers, logistics providers and site teams on a daily basis.

Key Responsibilities

Raise purchase orders for materials, equipment and services.
Order materials from approved suppliers.
Coordinate deliveries to project sites across Ireland, Europe and the UK.
Arrange transport and logistics where required.
Organise plant and equipment hire for installation teams.
Track orders and ensure deliveries arrive on schedule.
Liaise with suppliers regarding pricing, lead times and availability.
Assist the Operations team with project planning and coordination.
Maintain accurate purchasing records and supplier information.
Resolve supplier and delivery queries.
General administrative support for the Operations department.

About You

The ideal candidate will have:

Previous experience in an administration, procurement, purchasing or logistics role.
Excellent organisational and time management skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a busy environment.
Good Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and Outlook.
Experience using purchasing or ERP systems would be an advantage.
A proactive attitude and willingness to learn.

Experience within construction, engineering or industrial sectors would be beneficial but is not essential.
