Join a growing digital agency group

We're looking for an ambitious Sales Development Representative (SDR) / Business Development Representative (BDR) to help drive the next stage of growth across our business.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone with 1–3 years' experience in sales, business development or lead generation who is looking to develop a long-term career in B2B sales.

You'll work closely with our leadership team to identify opportunities, build relationships with prospective clients and generate high-quality meetings for our senior team. If you're naturally curious, commercially minded and enjoy opening doors, we'd love to hear from you.

Kooba – An award-winning digital experience agency specialising in strategy, UX, design, web development and AI visibility.
AccessPoint – A digital accessibility consultancy helping organisations build inclusive digital experiences.
kō – Our brand strategy and creative design consultancy.

Together, we partner with organisations across healthcare, technology, hospitality, public sector, finance, education and enterprise to deliver exceptional digital experiences.

What You'll Do

Research and identify prospective clients across target sectors.
Build targeted prospect lists using LinkedIn, CRM platforms and other sales tools.
Execute outbound outreach through email, phone, LinkedIn and other channels.
Qualify opportunities and book meetings for members of our leadership team.
Nurture prospects through follow-up campaigns.
Work with marketing to maximise inbound opportunities.
Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline reporting.
Support account-based marketing campaigns.
Identify partnership and networking opportunities.
Stay informed on market trends, competitors and emerging opportunities.

What We're Looking For

1–3 years' experience in B2B sales, business development or lead generation.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Comfortable speaking with senior decision makers.
Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
Self-motivated and proactive.
Curious about digital, technology, branding or user experience.
Experience using CRM platforms (HubSpot preferred) is an advantage.
Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator or prospecting tools is desirable.
