Part-Time Reception & Visitor Support (Community Employment Scheme)

Are you seeking part-time work that also provides valuable training and skill-building opportunities? This role, available through the Community Employment (CE) Scheme, offers 19.5 hours per week — perfect for someone looking to re-enter the workforce or upskill in a supportive environment.

About the Position

This is a Community Employment role aimed at individuals who are currently unemployed and receiving a qualifying Social Welfare payment for 12 months or more. No previous work experience is necessary — full training is included!

What You'll Be Doing

Welcoming and assisting guests and handling phone or in-person queries.
Carrying out light reception and admin duties, including record-keeping and use of standard office software.
Developing your abilities in customer care, administrative support, and basic IT tools.
