To support our growth strategy, we are seeking applications for the position of Project Manager. As a Project Manager with Jacobs, you will work within established project teams to execute and deliver safe technical solutions to our clients. The ideal candidate shall ideally be able to take responsibility for the safe delivery of the project including managing contract administration, invoicing, forecasting, schedule management and quality documentation. Your passion for safety & quality should align well with our culture and you’ll be expected to demonstrate this when engaging with colleagues as well as clients.

We are seeking a Project Engineer with expertise in the Life Sciences sector to support the design, execution, and delivery of engineering projects in pharmaceutical and biotechnology environments. The ideal candidate will combine strong technical knowledge with project management skills to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and support engineering projects across life sciences facilities, including laboratories, cleanrooms, and production environments.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (R&D, Quality, Manufacturing, Validation) to define project scope, requirements, and deliverables.
Develop project schedules, budgets, and resource plans, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Oversee installation, commissioning, and qualification of equipment and systems.
Prepare technical documentation, risk assessments, and project reports.
Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement innovative engineering solutions.
Act as a liaison between stakeholders, contractors, and vendors to maintain clear communication and accountability.
Here's what you'll need
Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, Electrical, Biomedical, or related field).
10+ years of experience in engineering within the life sciences industry
Strong knowledge of GMP regulations, validation practices, and cleanroom design.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse teams.
Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, Primavera, or equivalent).
Ideally you will also have
Experience with process equipment design, utility systems, and automation.
Familiarity with Lean Six Sigma or other continuous improvement methodologies.
Prior involvement in facility expansions, technology transfers, or capital projects.
