Full job description

We are now recruiting for a Project Manager to manage projects throughout the Dublin area.
Company vehicle included with flexible working hours.

Responsibilities:

Managing the full lifecycle of construction projects, from feasibility and design through to completion and handover
Developing and maintaining project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource requirements
Managing the pre-construction and construction phases, ensuring projects are delivered to agreed timescales and objectives
Identifying, assessing, and mitigating project risks while ensuring compliance with contractual requirements
Procuring and managing suppliers, contractors, and professional service providers
Coordinating and managing third-party design teams, ensuring they deliver against agreed programmes and project milestones
Producing simple design concepts and solutions where required to demonstrate project outcomes before engaging specialist design teams
Monitoring project costs and maintaining financial control throughout the project lifecycle
Establishing and maintaining quality standards to ensure successful project delivery
Ensuring health, safety, and environmental standards are upheld throughout project planning and execution
Collaborating with stakeholders across the business to understand requirements and deliver effective solutions
Providing clear project updates and managing expectations across all levels of the organisation
Supporting continuous improvement initiatives through lessons learned and best practice implementation

Experience Required

At least 3 years’ experience as a Construction Project Manager.
A third level qualification in a construction capacity.
Excellent communication skills.
