About Us: We are a leading childcare facility located in Rathgar, County Dublin, dedicated to providing high-quality care and education for young children. Our team of Early Years Educators and Montessori Teachers works collaboratively to create a nurturing and stimulating environment for children aged 2 to 5 years old. We pride ourselves on fostering a love for learning through a play-based curriculum that engages children's interests and supports their development.

Role Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Early Years Educator or Montessori Teacher to join our team in Rathgar. The candidate will be in a class alongside other teachers and will have input into the day to day running of the class. The ideal candidate will be a team player with the ability to use their own initiative and will be responsible for planning and implementing a curriculum that meets the needs of the children in their care. This role requires a strong understanding of early childhood development and the ability to create engaging, age-appropriate activities.

Please note, this position is unable to offer visa sponsership and interviews are required to be in person.

Key Responsibilities:

Work collaboratively with a team of educators to provide high-quality care and education for children aged 2 to 4 years old.
Plan and implement a curriculum that is responsive to the interests and developmental needs of the children.
Engage with children in a positive and supportive manner, fostering their emotional, social, and cognitive development.
Maintain a safe, clean, and organized environment for the children.
Communicate effectively with parents and caregivers, providing regular updates on their child's progress.
Ensure all activities are conducted in accordance with health and safety regulations.
Participate in regular team meetings and contribute to the ongoing development of the program.

Requirements:

Qualifications: Minimum Level 7 in Early Childhood Education or Montessori Teaching, recognized by the Department of Children, Equality, Disability, Integration, and Youth (DCEDIY) in Ireland.
Experience: Previous experience working in childcare, particularly with the 2 to 4-year-old age group.
Skills: Strong understanding of early childhood development, curriculum planning, and the ability to engage children in meaningful activities.
Language: Proficient in spoken and written English.
Compliance: Successful candidates will be subject to Garda Vetting and International Police Vetting as required.
