Account Executive

Ceartas · Full-time · Hybrid (2 days Dublin office / 3 days remote)

Base: €40,000–45,000 · Uncapped commission · OTE: €70,000–90,000

About Ceartas

Ceartas is a digital brand protection company built by Midnight Labs, backed by The Sidemen and Sony. We protect creators, brands, and public figures from the threats that damage both their revenue and reputation, covering copyright infringement, impersonation, deepfakes, doxxing, trademark misuse, counterfeit merchandise, and live streaming piracy across social media, Google, marketplaces, and the open web. Whether it’s stolen content being sold behind someone else’s paywall, a fake account impersonating a creator, or unauthorised merchandise carrying someone’s image or trademark, we find it and we remove it.

The Role

A pure sales role. You’ll own the full cycle: lead generation, outreach, discovery, demos, and close.

You’ll be supported by a dedicated BDR team to help drive pipeline, but you own the process from first contact through to close. You’ll be selling to a wide range of ICPs including individual creators, C-suite executives, podcast hosts, gamers, celebrities, and professional athletes. You’ll get real responsibility from day one, with direct access to experienced leadership and a team around you to help you grow fast.

What You’ll Own

Owning deals from first conversation through to close.
Prospecting and identifying new opportunities across a diverse range of ICPs, including sourcing your own leads.
Running tailored demos that speak directly to each client’s specific protection needs.
Working towards monthly revenue targets with support from your manager.
Keeping CRM records up to date and maintaining clear pipeline visibility.
Working closely with the BDR team to convert inbound activity into closed revenue.
Feeding market intel back to product and marketing on what prospects need, what objections come up, and what’s working.
Representing Ceartas at creator economy, talent, and digital media events.

What Success Looks Like

First 90 days:

Close 3-5 new customers.
Build a €150k–€250k qualified sales pipeline.
Consistently generate outbound opportunities.
Become fully certified on product, ICPs, and objection handling.

First 6 months:

Achieve monthly quota.
Manage a healthy self-generating pipeline alongside inbound.
Confidently sell across creators, agencies, and enterprise.

First 12 months:

Own a predictable, growing book of ARR.
Become a top performing account executive.
Contribute to improving the Ceartas Sales Playbook.

What You Bring

2+ years of B2B or SaaS sales experience.
Track record of consistently hitting quota.
Comfortable with outbound prospecting.
Excellent communication and commercial judgement.
Experience with HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Clay, Apollo, or Claude is a strong advantage.

Bonus Points

Background in SaaS, creator economy, influencer marketing, talent management, or digital media.
Existing network across creators, agencies, talent managers, or brand teams.
Familiarity with online piracy, brand protection, digital rights, or content security.
Experience selling to a diverse range of buyer personas.

What We Offer

Compensation

Base salary: €40,000–45,000 depending on experience.
Uncapped commission. Your earnings grow directly with your performance, with no ceiling on what you can make.
OTE of €70,000–90,000 for a rep hitting target, with strong performers earning beyond that.

How You’ll Work

This is a hybrid role with 2 set days per week in our Dublin office and 3 days working from home.

Everything Else

25 days PTO plus public holidays and your birthday off.
Travel to creator industry events, conferences, and team offsites.
