This is a highly collaborative, fast-paced role perfect for someone who thrives on operational precision, end-to-end contract management, and cross-functional enablement to safeguard and accelerate our revenue.
Deal Facilitation & Pricing Expertise
Act as the primary quoting and pricing expert to support the Global Sales team in finalizing revenue opportunities using Salesforce CPQ.
Convert sales requests into accurate, executable quotes, managing both standard pricing structures and complex, custom deal scenarios.
Review, validate, and process complex Special Price Requests (SPRs) , navigating rigid compliance audits and approvals in alignment with SUSE governance policies.
Contract & DocuSign Management
Manage dedicated contract mailboxes to ensure all incoming new agreements are fully prepped, reviewed, and ready for system setup.
Route contracts through Credit and Legal teams for initial approval stages.
Take 100% ownership of the DocuSign process , driving the workflow forward to secure all final internal and external signatures efficiently.
Order Execution & Revenue Gatekeeping
Serve as the ultimate gatekeeper for SUSE revenue by manually validating and booking incoming Purchase Orders (POs) from various streams (direct customers, distributors, and cloud marketplaces like AWS Marketplace).
Maintain high accuracy when verifying contract numbers and account data during order booking to facilitate seamless downstream billing and revenue recognition.
Correctly structure and set up multi-year contracts to ensure seamless annual recurring invoicing.
Operational Support & Ticket Resolution
Act as a central communication hub by effectively managing shared mailboxes, prioritizing clear communication to provide same-day support for order queries and post-sale issues.
Utilize JIRA to track, manage, and resolve licensing tickets and account re-classifications within SLA.
Enablement & Cross-Functional Collaboration
Lead internal and external enablement initiatives, acting as the go-to subject matter expert for onboarding and training Sales teams on ordering tools and processes.
Deliver targeted training and support to external partners and distributors on SUSE ordering tools and platforms.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Legal, Finance, Credit, and IT to unblock stuck deals, streamline workflows, and improve the end-to-end QtC ecosystem.
First-level university degree with a focus in Business Administration, Finance, Commerce, or equivalent practical experience.
Typically 2+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Order Management, Deal Desk, or a specialized Quote-to-Cash finance function.
Direct experience working within an enterprise software (SaaS/Open Source) environment dealing with multi-tier distribution networks and Cloud Marketplaces is highly advantageous.
Availability to commute to the SUSE office in Dublin (Dame Street).
