Full job description

Griolladh is looking for a driven Store Manager to join us right away for training and onboarding. This is your chance to be a team leader, play a key role in building a crew, and help shape the future of our store.

At Griolladh, we’re passionate about great food and great service. Our specialty? Premium grilled cheese toasties, made fast and done right. With multiple locations across Ireland, we’re growing quickly — and we want someone who shares our energy, values, and commitment to quality.

Base salary of €36000 base with a KPI package bonus structure

As Store Manager, you’ll:

Take full ownership of your store and its performance
Deliver outstanding customer service every day
Maintain the highest standards of coffee, food, and operations
Lead, grow, and develop your own team

Responsibilities:

Oversee and Manage Daily Operations: Take charge of the daily operations of the store, including scheduling shifts for all the staff, monitoring financial performance, and managing inventory and supplies.
Recruitment and Training: Recruit, train, and onboard new staff members, equipping them with the necessary skills to deliver exceptional service. Ensure that employees are proficient in drinks and food preparation and the proper use of all the equipment to maintain consistency and quality.
Vendor Relations and Supply Management: Collaborate with vendors and proactively order supplies, including takeaway cups, coffee, milk, cheese, bread and other essential ingredients as required.
Financial Oversight: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of daily, weekly, and monthly revenues and expenses. Monitor financial performance, analyse data, and implement strategies to optimise profitability.
Customer Service Excellence: Provide guidance and mentorship to staff on effectively resolving customer issues and delivering exceptional customer service.
Store Presentation: Ensure that all areas of the store are impeccably clean, tidy, and aesthetically pleasing to create a welcoming atmosphere for customers.
Customer Relationships: Foster friendly and lasting relationships with customers to enhance loyalty and elevate the store's reputation.

Job Type: Full-time
