Full job description

Generate leads, developing new sales opportunities using outbound cold emails, cold calls and lead follow-up, logging all activity in the CRM and Business Management System.
Generate quotations.
Engage with potential customers by phone, email or video meeting (demonstrating when required the features and benefits of products and services) with the goal of getting a customer meeting for the Account Manager.
Managing a sales pipeline involving monitoring sales activities and customer interactions, updating sales records and customer information in a customer relationship management (CRM) system and providing regular reports on sales activities and results.
Coordinate and schedule strategic meetings for account managers to drive growth and maximise sales opportunities.
Create and follow up on customer quotes based on their needs, ensuring high attention to detail and a focus on conversion and client satisfaction. All activity should be logged in the CRM and Business Management system.
Build and maintain strong relationships with both customers and the internal team to drive long-term growth.
Prioritise delivering quality results and consistently go above and beyond to meet and exceed client expectations.
Staying up-to-date about products and services involves being familiar with their key features, benefits and competitors to inform potential customers.
Perform additional sales / administration tasks as required by management.

About The Role

The Inside Sales Representative (ISR) primary duties include understanding the customers needs, identifying new sales opportunities through calls and emails and helping the Account Manager close sales deals.

The ISR thrives on engaging with customers and new leads bringing energy and enthusiasm to a fast-paced sales environment. The ISR will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives.

This role is ideal for someone who is dynamic, adaptable, and sales driven to meet targets, while working closely with the sales team and the wider company to ensure targets are met. As an ISR, you will take ownership of the sales process from lead generation to closing, ensuring the highest level of customer service and satisfaction. You will be responsible for executing business objectives and KPIs with the goal of driving sales growth and fostering strong customer relationships.
