What You’ll Do as Director Administrator
In your role, you’ll collaborate with different people across a range of skillsets. Here’s a flavour of your day-to-day:

Manage complex director diaries and calendars, scheduling and prioritising meetings, resolving conflicts, and ensuring efficient time management.

Coordinate meetings and events, including arranging venues, catering, logistics, and preparing and distributing relevant documentation in advance.

Arrange domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodation, visas, itineraries, and resolving any travel-related issues.

Process and reconcile expenses through Concur, maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with company policies and reporting requirements.

Raise and manage purchase orders (POs), liaising with Finance and Procurement teams to ensure accuracy and timely resolution of queries.

Provide comprehensive administrative support, including PA leave cover, handling confidential and sensitive information with discretion, and supporting ad hoc projects and tasks as required.

What You’ll Bring

Proven administrative experience, with 2–3 years supporting multiple senior executives or directors in a fast-paced environment.

Strong discretion and integrity, with a demonstrated ability to handle confidential and sensitive information professionally.

Excellent organisational and time-management skills, capable of managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines effectively.

Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills, enabling effective collaboration with senior leaders and colleagues at all levels.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Outlook, Excel, and Word, with strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Self-motivated and proactive, with strong problem-solving abilities and a genuine interest in the retail industry considered an advantage.
