The Role
The Senior Sales Coordinator serves as a trusted operational partner to Sales, helping ensure customer transactions are accurate, complete, compliant, and ready for booking. Working within the Quote-to-Cash process, this role partners with cross-functional teams to review deal documentation, resolve issues, support complex sales transactions, and drive operational excellence across the booking lifecycle.
Sales Coordinators partner closely with Sales, Deal Desk, Finance, Legal, Revenue, Professional Services, Manufacturing, and Order Management to review deal documentation, validate requirements, identify potential issues, and proactively resolve gaps before they impact booking, revenue recognition, or the customer experience.
Your day-to-day
The team plays a key role in maintaining operational excellence by
Reviewing and validating quotes, contracts, purchase orders, approvals, and supporting documentation
Supporting complex, high-value, and time-sensitive transactions, particularly during quarter-end periods.

Ensuring deals meet internal policy, pricing, approval, and booking requirements.
Identifying and mitigating deal risks before submission.
Helping reduce booking delays and rework through proactive deal readiness reviews.
Serving as a trusted point of contact for Sales regarding quoting, documentation, submission requirements, and order readiness.
Driving process consistency through documentation, training, enablement, and continuous improvement efforts.
Supporting change management and adoption of new tools, automation, and business processes.
Required Qualifications
Proven experience in Sales Operations, Sales Support, Deal Desk, Order Management, Revenue Operations, or a related Quote-to-Cash function
Experience working in a technology, SaaS, subscription, or similarly complex sales environment
Thorough understanding of Quote-to-Cash, Quote-to-Order, order readiness, or order booking processes
Hands-on experience with Salesforce.com; CPQ experience is strongly preferred.
Experience reviewing quotes, order documentation, approvals, contracts, or deal structures
High attention to detail with the ability to identify discrepancies, risks, and missing requirements
Organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced, deadline-driven environment
Clear verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain requirements, risks, and next steps to Sales and cross-functional stakeholders
Customer service mindset and the ability to build effective working relationships across teams and regions
Comfortable learning and using new systems, automation tools, AI-enabled productivity tools, and evolving business processes
Preferred Qualifications
Experience supporting complex, high-value, or time-sensitive sales transactions.
Exposure to pricing approvals, contract workflows, revenue-related requirements, or booking controls
Experience partnering with Deal Desk, Legal, Finance, Revenue, Professional Services, or Order Management teams
Experience contributing to process documentation, training, enablement, or workflow improvement initiatives
Familiarity with workflow automation, AI-enabled validation, reporting, or system enhancement projects.
What Success Looks Like
A successful Senior Sales Coordinator is detail-oriented, proactive, and collaborative. This person proactively identifies deal risks early, resolves discrepancies efficiently, and guides Sales through process requirements to ensure deals are complete and accurate before booking. Over time, this role is expected to operate with a high degree of autonomy, contribute to process and system improvements, support adoption of automation and AI-enabled tools, and help strengthen the scalability, consistency, and quality of the Quote-to-Cash process.
