Full job description

Job Spec

Own and champion the end-to-end customer experience strategy across all cafe locations.
Design, deliver and evaluate customer experience training programmes for cafe teams.
Lead sales training and education around the chocolate category of Ireland’s leading premium chocolate brand.
Coach and mentor team members and store leaders to raise service standards, without formal line management responsibility.
Gather, analyse and interpret customer experience data (e.g. mystery shopper results, customer feedback, sales data) to identify trends and opportunities.
Produce clear, actionable reports for the senior leadership team, translating data into recommendations.
Develop and continuously improve customer experience standards, tools and resources (e.g. training materials, service guides, onboarding content).
Work autonomously to plan, prioritise and deliver projects that enhance the customer journey.
Play an active role in the chocolate side of the business, supporting product knowledge, training and customer experience initiatives relating to chocolate as well as coffee.
Partner with the Head of Coffee and Training and other stakeholders to align customer experience initiatives with wider brand and business goals.
Keep up to date with industry trends and best practice in customer experience, coffee and chocolate, bringing fresh ideas into the business.
Support the roll-out of new products, promotions and initiatives from a customer experience and training perspective.
3–5 years' experience in a similar customer experience, training or coaching role, ideally within hospitality, cafe, food & beverage or retail.
A degree would be beneficial, though not essential — relevant experience will be considered equally.
A genuine passion for Industry, and an interest in developing knowledge across both.
Strong training and coaching skills, with the ability to inspire and influence teams without direct authority.
Confident working with data — comfortable gathering, analysing and reporting on customer experience metrics.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to produce clear reports for senior stakeholders.
Highly self-motivated and comfortable working autonomously, managing own workload and priorities.
Strong organisational and project management skills, with a hands-on, can-do approach and a professional approach to the role.
Willingness to travel between Multiple locations as required.
