Full job description

Revels is a pub based in Rathfarnham. We are currently seeking an experienced and passionate Senior Chef to join our busy kitchen.

We are looking for a motivated professional with a minimum of 4 years’ experience working in a pub environment or a fast-paced high-end restaurant. The ideal candidate will be creative, organised, and capable of maintaining high standards in a busy service environment. We would prefer to see people that haven't moved around every year.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and support the kitchen team during daily operations
Maintain high standards of food quality and presentation
Ensure consistency across all dishes
Assist with menu development and seasonal specials
Maintain excellent hygiene and HACCP standards
Manage stock control and minimise waste

Requirements

Minimum 4 years’ experience in a pub or high-end fast-paced restaurant
Experience in Irish Hospitality Setting
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to work efficiently under pressure
Passion for fresh food and quality service
Excellent organisational and time-management skills
