Surveyor salaries in Athlone, WH

Review, assess, and certify monthly subcontractor payment applications (including insulation, cladding, and other relevant packages).

Decisive, able to make decisions while lacking some information. Strong project management, planning discipline. 21 days holiday (increasing with service).

Prepare bills of quantities, raise requisitions, plan material deliveries, receive and release to the site works. Prepare snags and control snag list execution.

A qualification in construction, land surveying, civil engineering, geospatial or geodetic engineering would be preferred but isn’t essential.

Successful individuals in this role have included graduates with a science-based, business management or social science degree. A full Irish driving licence.
