Mechanical trade qualification and/or relevant third-level qualification in Mechanical Engineering or Building Services Engineering.

Implement best practice procedures and maximise use of own working time. Experience working on construction, Industrial or Pharmaceutical projects.

A qualification in construction, land surveying, civil engineering, geospatial or geodetic engineering would be preferred but isn’t essential.

Decisive, able to make decisions while lacking some information. Strong project management, planning discipline. 21 days holiday (increasing with service).
