The Long Valley Bar is seeking a commis chef who will also be responsible for Kitchen Management in the Long Valley Bar. Responsible for Monitoring and Ordering Stock. Responsible for preparation in the Kitchen and ensuring that Orders are made in a high quality and timely manner. Minimum of two years experience as a Commis Chef required. Will be required to assist the Culinary Team in producing high quality meals and services within the required deadlines. Experience in Irish Cuisine required. Must have the ability to work well under pressure and with a high level of attention to detail required. Experience in a busy Restaurant required .
