Mr. Windscreen Cork are looking for an experienced & motivated Depot Manager to lead our busy operations at this exciting time of expansion. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing depot activities, leading a team of Windscreen Technicians, ensuring excellent customer service, maintaining health & safety standards and driving operational performance.
Key Requirements:
- Previous management or supervisory experience.
- Strong people and organisational skills.
- Customer focused approach.
- Experienced in managing schedules, productivity and quality standards.
- Automotive, glazing, or vehicle service industry experience will be an advantage.
- Salary Offers will be dependent on experience.
